Jason's practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, probate and trust administration. Specifically, he assists clients in developing foundational estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney. In addition, he helps clients preserve their wealth as well as transfer their wealth to younger generations in tax-efficient ways by the creation of trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Jason also represents fiduciaries in all aspects of probate proceedings and trust administrations.
