Cynthia concentrates her practice on estate planning for families and individuals,business planning, business formation, business representation, contract drafting, contract review and negotiation, asset protection, family limited parnterships, charitable planning, and probates. Her focus is on representing business clients in entity formation, ongoing legal services for clients, such as contract negotiations and asset protection, representing high net-worth clients in estate planning and the reduction of estate taxes through agressive tax planning, and representing clients in all facets of probate proceedings.
