Ray practiced as a CPA in public accounting for five years prior to attending law school. After 10 years with a downtown Dallas law firm, Ray started his own firm. His background in business as a CPA, in addition to being a tax lawyer, has led Ray to develop a firm offering both legal and business counseling to clients. He focuses his practice on serving as general counsel for corporate clients and wealthy families. He also engages in complex business transactions, creates sophisticated estate plans to minimize estate taxes, and develops asset proctection strategies for his clients.
